Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering
C1 Lite 200 units, C3 Pro 300 units, C5 Max 500 units. Different colours within the same model can be mixed; cross-model mixing is not supported. First-time partners may start with a 100-unit trial order.
Existing models ship within 3 working days and the sample fee is fully credited against your bulk order. ODM custom sampling takes 15 days and is quoted per project.
Yes. C3 Pro and C5 Max support an open API and SDK, so you can connect your own app, Tuya or Smart Life. Cloud data can also be deployed on your private server.
Existing CE / FCC / RoHS / UKCA certificates can be used directly. For additional markets (KC, PSE, etc.) we manage the testing; cost is either built into the order or invoiced separately.
2-year warranty on the complete unit; free replacement for non-human damage. We keep wearing parts in stock and provide an English troubleshooting manual plus video guides. Spare parts can be ordered separately.
T/T 30% deposit + 70% against B/L copy. L/C or credit terms available for long-term partners. FOB Ningbo / Shenzhen, DDP door-to-door and overseas warehouse fulfilment are all supported.
